Product availability may change. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you regarding available options. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item and any associated refundable shipping charges.
Software Licenses and Third-Party Brands
Purchasing a software license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
Use of software is subject to the applicable publisher’s license terms, including any restrictions concerning devices, users, regions, transferability, or commercial use.
You must not use a license beyond the rights granted by its applicable terms.

Orders and Product Information

We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If the issue cannot be resolved, the affected order may be canceled and refunded.

Price changes do not alter the agreed price of an order already placed.

Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout after payment confirmation.
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address supplied during checkout.
Orders containing digital and physical products may be fulfilled separately.
Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking information, and procedures for missing orders are described in our Delivery Policy.
If a shipment is delayed, we will provide any notices, cancellation options, and refunds required by applicable law.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
That policy provides a 30-calendar-day request window from delivery, subject to its eligibility conditions.
For digital products, change-of-mind refunds require that the product has not been activated, redeemed, or used. Activation does not automatically exclude a valid claim involving a verified defect or an incorrect product.
For physical products, change-of-mind returns must meet the condition and return requirements stated in the Refund and Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights concerning defective products, incorrect items, non-delivery, or other remedies provided by applicable law.
Warranties
